Feelings of imprisonment can keep us from the freedom we see all around us.
Life can lead us down many roads. Some we try and know aren’t right for us. We feel lost. We suffer from addiction, shame, depression. We believe the lies that say we will never be anyone special. We feel a hole inside us we are constantly looking to fill. It feels like being held down with heavy chains that you can never break.
But you don’t have to feel this way. There is a better life. Just take a moment and talk to God. It is as simple as saying “God, I need your help” and He will be there for you, He has always been there…He’s a chain breaker.
